Return & Exchange

We sincerely hope you will be completely satisfied with your newly purchased product. However, if for any reason you are not, please return the item in its original condition (as received upon delivery) within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

Items eligible for return or exchange must:
– Be brand new, unused, and in perfect, undamaged condition;
– Include all original packaging, components, and accessories, such as factory tags, labels, and inserts, at the time of return/exchange;
– Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).

 

All used items are ineligible for return or exchange and will be returned to the sender.


Refunds

Credit for returned items will be issued to your account via the same payment method used for the original purchase, and the credit should appear on your next billing statement. You will receive a confirmation email once the return process is complete. All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your product. A 15% fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and restocking costs.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us for instructions.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

 

  1. First, contact us with your order number and explain your return/exchange reason via our contact form.
  2. We will provide detailed instructions and the return/exchange address. Package the item securely and clearly label the order number on the outside of the package to help us track your return/exchange faster. Use the original packaging if possible, or any sturdy packaging available for shipping.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid return labels. Please use a shipping service that includes a tracking number, signature confirmation, and/or insurance. Amazing Toyz Limited is not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit.


Return & Exchange Restrictions

– Size issues are not considered product defects, and customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
– We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from other retailers or websites.


Missing or Unreceived Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund after several days, first check your bank account again. If it still hasn’t arrived after additional time, please contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to be officially posted.

 

Refunds to credit cards typically take several days to process. If you’ve completed all the steps above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us here for assistance.


Gifts

If the product was marked as a “gift” at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will only receive store credit equal to the product’s value upon return. Once we receive the returned item, the store credit will be added to your account for use on future purchases.

 

If the product was not marked as a “gift” or the giver shipped it to themselves first before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified that you returned the item.
