Our physical stores are currently being prepared, and we only have an online store for now.
The product quality warranty period is 180 days. If there are any defects or shortcomings in materials or manufacturing processes, we will repair the product according to the specific situation. This does not cover breakage or wear and tear caused by long-term use. All damages resulting from wear and tear, misuse, or negligence are not included in this warranty scope, but we will provide a reasonable assessment of repair costs for customers to decide whether to proceed with the repair.
